Timing: we can prepare a regular Italian document (Divorce Certificate, Court Decision, Degree and Diploma, Adoption Papers, etc…) within 24 hours. Urgent orders are completed within 1 or 2 hours with an additional charge of €5 – €10. If you want to receive your Italian translation by post, it will take 1 – 2 days.

Pricing: we strive to provide the best Italian Translation Service to all our customers. We are doing our best to keep the price low even for complex legal documents. Our prices are significantly lower compared with the other translation agencies. Translation fee (including agency stamp and notary certification) is up €25 (if certified by a solicitor on Friday, certification on other days will cost extra €10).
Translation fee depends on:
- Urgency of the order
- Condition of the original document (illegibility of the text or handwriting, etc…)
- Notary certification (notary certification included in the price is referred to the certification on Friday. If you need to certify your Italian documents on a different day, we will call another solicitor and the fee will be €10)
- Notary certification (if the document requires client signature to be certified by a Notary for such documents as company registration, power of attorneys, affidavits, etc, the extra fee of €10 applies)
- Higher complexity level (medical, pharmaceutical or literary documents). In this case an addition fee of €5 to €10 per page applies. It covers a special proofread service. We also provide discounts for large volumes.
